Squire Mining, a company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, has announced a transition from traditional minerals mining to cryptocurrency mining. The firm has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement equity financing of C$25.5 million, which will be utilized to support its shift in business model.

The company is now focused on developing, manufacturing, and selling data mining infrastructure and systems technology, including ASIC chips and mining rigs, aimed at supporting global blockchain applications.
