Former OpenSea Manager Withdraws Bail Application Pending Appeal

A former manager at the NFT marketplace OpenSea has been sentenced to three months in prison for insider trading and has chosen to serve his sentence while his appeal is still ongoing.

On September 6, Nathaniel Chastain’s legal team submitted a letter to a New York District Court, informing the judge of Chastain’s decision to withdraw his request for bail during the appeal process.
