Global Central Banking Think Tank Launches Digital Monetary Institute

The Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF), an independent global think tank focused on central banking and economic policy, recently announced the establishment of its Digital Monetary Institute.

This new institute aims to connect the realms of digital currencies and traditional banking, with a particular emphasis on payment instruments in both wholesale and retail markets, as well as central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
