Sam Bankman-Fried Files Memo Requesting Court to Block Prosecutor Evidence
Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder and former CEO of the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange FTX, submitted a memorandum on September 1 requesting that the court reject the prosecutor’s in limine motions.
The memorandum, drafted by Bankman-Fried’s attorney Mark Cohen, characterizes the requests made by the United States Department of Justice as “unfounded and overbroad,” among other criticisms.
