Sweden Detains Suspect in Terrorism Offense, Reports Reuters

COPENHAGEN – Swedish authorities have arrested an individual suspected of involvement in a terrorism-related offense, as confirmed by a national prosecutor on Friday.

“We are currently working diligently and intensively on the investigation,” stated senior prosecutor Mats Ljungqvist.

The alleged crime occurred in August, although Ljungqvist did not provide further details in his comments to the media.
