KB Home experienced a 6% decline after their quarterly earnings per share (EPS) fell short of expectations, primarily due to reduced margins. The home builder also revised its full-year margin forecast downward.
WAVE Life Sciences saw a 4% drop, following an earlier intraday surge of 53%. This decline came after the company announced an underwritten public offering totaling $175 million of its ordinary shares, along with pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares for select investors. Earlier in the day, it had shared promising interim data from the ongoing Phase 2 FORWARD-53 study of WVE-N531, an exon skipping oligonucleotide being tested in boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who are suitable for exon 53 skipping.
BlackSky fell 10% after announcing plans to offer shares of its Class A common stock in an underwritten public offering.
Progress Software Corporation rose by 7% after reporting quarterly EPS and revenue that significantly surpassed consensus estimates.
