BitMEX Faces Lawsuit for Alleged Racketeering and Extensive Illicit Activities

BitMEX, one of the largest cryptocurrency derivatives exchanges globally, is facing serious legal allegations. It has been accused of being “deliberately designed, from the ground up” to enable “a myriad of illegal activities.”

These allegations come from a significant lawsuit filed by BMA LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on May 16.
