Sam Bankman-Fried’s Lawyer Resubmits Request for Temporary Jail Release

The lawyer representing Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) in his upcoming case against the United States Department of Justice has submitted a renewed request for his temporary release from jail to prepare for the trial.

On September 25, Mark Cohen requested that Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is overseeing the case, permit SBF’s temporary release, stating that it is “necessary for the preparation of [his] defense.”
