Bitcoin Bull Run Begins on Monday: Satoshi’s Message to NBA Legend, Reported by U.Today

Scottie Pippen, a former star in the NBA, continues to generate attention and some ridicule with his recent claims about receiving insights from the elusive Bitcoin creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, in his dreams.

In a recent tweet, Pippen stated that Satoshi appeared to him while holding a basketball and indicated that a significant Bitcoin bull run would commence on Monday. According to Pippen, the message was succinct this time, and Satoshi revealed that the reason behind this prediction was linked to the release of Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao, commonly referred to as CZ. After sharing this insight, Satoshi instructed Pippen to head to basketball practice.

Reactions to Pippen’s tweets included skepticism, with some questioning whether it was indeed the former NBA player himself posting, suggesting instead it might be a social media team leveraging his profile for attention.

Earlier in September, Pippen first disclosed that Satoshi had visited him in a dream, predicting that Bitcoin’s price would surge to $84,650 by November 5.

On September 27, Changpeng Zhao was released from prison after serving four months for charges related to violations of U.S. securities laws and for assisting high-profile clients with money laundering. This sentence was notably lighter compared to other figures in the crypto industry, such as Sam Bankman-Fried, who received a 25-year sentence, and Ross Ulbricht, founder of the Silk Road, who was given a double-life sentence.

Many within the cryptocurrency community believe that CZ’s release could trigger a bull run for Bitcoin and the broader market. Ki Young Yu, the founder of the on-chain data company CryptoQuant, noted that a simple tweet from CZ saying “I’m back” could significantly influence the market’s trajectory. Additionally, with October approaching—often referred to as “Uptober” in trading circles due to its historical bullish trends—optimism is high among traders.
