New Fortress Energy Postpones Previously Announced $0.10 Per Share Class A Common Stock Dividend

New Fortress Energy Inc. (“NFE” or the “Company”) has announced a postponement of the payment for its previously declared $0.10 per share dividend on Class A common stock, originally set for September 13, 2024. This decision will remain in effect until the Company can reach an agreement with its noteholders to address its upcoming maturities and liquidity needs. NFE anticipates finalizing an agreement with its noteholders soon, at which point it will reassess the dividend payment, including its amount and timing.
