After-Hours Stock Movers:

IGM Biosciences experienced a 21% drop after revealing plans to focus on developing its pipeline of T cell engagers for autoimmune diseases. This includes the ongoing clinical work on imvotamab for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. The company also appointed Mary Beth Harler, M.D., as the new Chief Executive Officer and added her to its Board of Directors.

Biohaven Pharma saw a decline of 2.5% following the announcement of a $250 million underwritten public offering for its common shares.

Acadia Realty Trust reported a 2% decrease after announcing it is initiating an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 common shares.
