Another Class Action Against Block. One Accuses Misconduct During EOS ICO by Cointelegraph

A complaint filed on May 18 indicates that more investors are seeking to recover funds from a record-breaking initial coin offering that raised a total of $4 billion in cryptocurrency. The plaintiffs’ legal team claims that over $200 million of this amount was raised illegally.

The complaint asserts that the EOS offering was an unregistered security offering orchestrated by block.one, the development firm responsible for the ICO. Many investors viewed this offering as a stake in the company itself.
