Bitpanda Crypto Exchange Secures License in Norway as Part of European Expansion Efforts
One of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in Europe, the Vienna-based Bitpanda, has become one of the first foreign entities to obtain a virtual asset service provider license in Norway. The announcement was made on the company’s official social media account on October 19.
Bitpanda is already licensed in several European countries, including Austria, Germany, France, Czechia, and Sweden. According to Lukas Enzersdorfer-Konrad, the deputy CEO of Bitpanda, this registration represents an important milestone in the company’s expansion efforts across Europe.
