Chamber of Digital Commerce Challenges SEC’s Overreach in Binance Lawsuit

The Chamber of Digital Commerce, based in the United States, has joined forces with various digital asset companies, associations, legal experts, and lawmakers to contest the lawsuit involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against Binance.

A recently submitted amicus brief highlights the advocacy group’s aim to challenge the SEC’s efforts to regulate the cryptocurrency industry without explicit permission from Congress and to prevent the agency from enforcing regulations in this manner.
