Matter Labs Co-Founder Proposes ‘Ethereum Supreme Court’ for On-Chain Disputes

Matter Labs co-founder and CEO Alex Gluchowski has introduced a concept for a court system that mirrors the hierarchical structure of traditional legal systems.

In a post on September 2, Gluchowski proposed the establishment of an “Ethereum Supreme Court,” which would function similarly to the United States Supreme Court. This entity would serve as a final authority for resolving disputes related to smart contracts, eliminating the need for parties to resort to conventional legal representation or traditional court proceedings.
