Do Kwon Claims SEC’s Extradition Request is Impossible

Lawyers representing Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, have asked a federal court to deny the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) request to interrogate him regarding the collapse of the Terra Money ecosystem.

In a filing on September 27, Kwon’s legal team stated that the SEC’s demand for questioning him in the U.S. before October 13 is “impossible” since he is currently detained in Montenegro with no set release or extradition date.

Kwon’s attorneys argue that the SEC’s request for extradition is unattainable under the present circumstances.
