A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has overturned the state’s abortion ban, as reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Judge Robery McBurney issued an order stating that abortions should be regulated in accordance with the laws that were in place prior to the state’s legislation taking effect in 2022.
