Former FTX Executive Planning to Plead Guilty to Criminal Charges, Report Says
Ryan Salame, the former co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets, is reportedly preparing to plead guilty to criminal charges related to his suspected involvement in unlawful activities at the collapsed cryptocurrency exchange.
A report from early September indicates that Salame intends to enter a guilty plea concerning multiple charges during an upcoming court appearance. If he proceeds with this plea, he will join several other executives previously linked to FTX who have also pleaded guilty following the exchange’s downfall in November 2022.
