Inspire Films IPO Launches with Strong Performance, Oversubscribed by 129 Times

Inspire Films, a producer of television and digital content, made a noteworthy entrance into the market on Thursday with its initial public offering (IPO), which debuted at ₹67 per share. This marks a considerable rise from the issue price of ₹59, which was set within a price band of ₹56-₹59 per share.

The IPO featured a fresh issuance of 35.98 lakh shares and was met with exceptional demand, being oversubscribed by 129.08 times during the subscription window from September 25-27. This significant interest from investors enabled the company to raise ₹21.23 crore (approximately USD 12 million).

Inspire Films is promoted by Yash Arabinda Patnaik and Beyond Dreams Entertainment Private Limited. The IPO was overseen by Narnolia Financial Services Ltd, with key investors like Rajasthan Global Securities Private Limited playing a vital role in its success.
