Iran’s President Requests Government to Develop National Crypto Mining Strategy

Iran’s president has instructed officials from the central bank and the ministries of energy, communications, and information technology to develop a national strategy for cryptocurrency mining.

According to reports from Iranian media, this directive was given during a recent meeting of the country’s economic coordination headquarters, which was led by President Hassan Rouhani.

The discussions emphasized the importance of creating a comprehensive plan to regulate and enhance the cryptocurrency mining sector within Iran.
