Japanese E-Book Publisher Shifts to DLT Amid Growing Demand

Media Do Holdings, a company based in Japan, is set to invest $2.8 million in distributed ledger technology to enhance the distribution of its e-books.

As reported in a recent article, the company plans to allocate approximately 300 million yen—equivalent to about $2.8 million—toward developing a distributed ledger for its e-books over the next two years, starting in late 2020.
