Prosecutors from the U.S. Department of Justice have received permission to present details of Sam Bankman-Fried’s political donations, as these records are directly related to the fraud charges he faces. This ruling was issued by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan.

The decision was part of a comprehensive pretrial order released by Judge Kaplan on September 26, which addressed the admissibility of various evidence in the pending fraud trial of the FTX founder, scheduled to start on October 3.
