After-Hours Stock Movers:

Kezar Life Sciences surged 24% following an acquisition offer from Concentra Biosciences, which proposed to buy the company for $1.10 per share in cash, along with a contingent value right (CVR) that entitles shareholders to receive 80% of the net proceeds from any out-licensed or sold development programs or intellectual property from Kezar.

Saratoga Investment experienced a 10% increase after reporting quarterly earnings per share that exceeded expectations.

Delek Logistics Partners, LP saw a 9% decline after announcing an underwritten public offering of common units valued at $150 million representing limited partner interests.

Crinetics Pharmaceuticals dropped 1.4% after revealing plans to offer and sell $400 million in shares of its common stock in a proposed underwritten public offering, contingent on market conditions.

Astera Labs increased by 3% following the announcement of a new collection of fabric switches, which includes the industry’s first PCIe 6 switch, specifically designed for demanding AI workloads in large-scale accelerated computing environments.
