Sam Bankman-Fried Files Memo Asking Court to Block Prosecutor Evidence

Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder and former CEO of the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange FTX, submitted a memorandum on September 1, requesting that the court reject the prosecutor’s in limine motions.

The memorandum, written by Bankman-Fried’s attorney, Mark Cohen, describes the motions submitted by the United States Department of Justice as “unfounded and overbroad,” among other criticisms.
