Tehran’s Foreign Minister Denies Missile Deliveries to Russia, According to Reuters

DUBAI (Reuters) – Iran’s foreign minister stated on Wednesday that Tehran has not supplied any ballistic missiles to Russia, emphasizing that sanctions imposed by the United States and three European powers will not resolve the issues between them.

"Once again, the US and E3 are acting based on faulty intelligence and flawed reasoning. Iran has NOT delivered ballistic missiles to Russia. Period… Sanctions are not a solution, but part of the problem," Minister Abbas Araqchi declared in a post on X.

The E3 refers to Britain, Germany, and France.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken mentioned on Tuesday that Russia had received ballistic missiles from Iran and was likely to utilize them in Ukraine within weeks. He warned that cooperation between Moscow and Tehran poses a threat to broader European security.
