UK Sanctions Russian Troops for Deploying Chemical Weapons in Ukraine, Reports Reuters

LONDON (Reuters) – The British government has imposed sanctions on Russian military personnel linked to the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine, as announced on Tuesday.

The sanctions target the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, along with their leader, Igor Kirillov, according to an official statement.
